Saunter from Gellis Family Cigars just hit the shelves.
This is Kyle Gellis’ (Warped Cigars) sister brand, and Saunter took the No. 16 spot on Cigar Aficionado’s Top 25 list with a 95 point score. Ecuadorian Connecticut wrapper, Ecuadorian binder, Nicaraguan and Dominican filler, aged a full year in Spanish cedar before it ever hits a box.
The name comes from Kyle’s old bull mastiff who never walked anywhere, he sauntered. Fitting, because this is a slow down kind of smoke. Cream, honey, cinnamon, white pepper, full bodied for a Connecticut.
Limited stock. Come grab one before they’re gone.

Three cigars that should not still be here.
I walked the humidor today and stopped at all three of these. Every time I see them I think the same thing.
The Macabre from Black Label Trading Co. is a PCA 2026 limited release out of Fabrica Oveja Negra. San Andres wrapper, Ecuadorian habano binder, Nicaraguan filler, rabito cap. James Brown capped production at 800 boxes of the Robusto and Toro and 650 of the Corona Gorda. That’s it. The Macabre is on our shelf right now.
The La Historia Silk from Casa Carrillo is a cigar Lissette Perez-Carrillo built from the ground up. First round-format Perez-Carrillo released in the U.S. Ecuador Habano wrapper fermented and aged 18 months, Nicaragua Esteli binder, and a filler that includes rare Dominican Pelo de Oro. An incredibly difficult leaf to grow. First run was 1,500 boxes of ten. We have them.
The Kingpin from Lampert Cigars is a 4x62 short perfecto handmade at Tabacos de Costa Rica. Five year aged tobacco, Ecuadorian Criollo wrapper, small batch production. It smokes well over an hour. For a cigar this size to hold attention that long, the blend has to be right. It is.
If any of these are on your radar, stop in.
Great Cigars & Common Ground.
