We’re looking for the next person to join the Viso team.
At Viso, the job is about more than knowing cigars. It’s about knowing people.
Learning someone’s name. Remembering what they like. Helping a first-time cigar smoker feel comfortable walking into the humidor. Keeping the lounge ready for the next guest. And noticing what needs to be done before someone has to ask.
We’re hiring a Part-Time Lounge Associate for approximately 10–15 hours per week, primarily evenings and weekends.
Cigar knowledge is a BIG plus, but it isn’t required. We can teach cigars. We’re looking for someone dependable, personable, willing to learn, and genuinely good with people.

For twenty plus years, some of the best cigars you’ve smoked came out of a factory in Danlí, Honduras.
You just never saw their name on the band.
Alec Bradley. Illusione. Viaje. All rolled at Raíces Cubanas. The Endemaño family built it in 2003 and spent two decades making other people famous.
In 2024 they finally put their own name on it.
Five blends sitting in our humidor right now. Ask us which one is which.
